So you would like to work with me to achieve your GOALS?

Firstly I would like to explain what a personal trainer is and how I can help you? 

So my job is to understand what your goals are, but most importantly to help YOU understand what your goals are. I say this as many people really struggle to know what their goal is, and they can spend wasted time doing the things they think will give them the results, rather than spending the time to talk over and have an understanding of what they REALLY WANT. 

 

It's my job to help you set achievable goals with a clear path and understanding of how we get there.I create a plan that is right for you. What does this mean, well everyone has a different lifestyle and it is my job to help make your fitness/body goals achievable and work with your lifestyle (you could call me the solution finder).

 

Keeping you on track is holding you accountable to your goals, with weekly check in’s and monthly photos. This does not mean that if you don’t get a good result I'm there to tell you off, actually completely the opposite. I’m there to pick you back up and help you move forward. Check In’s are there to help us to see what works and what doesn’t work (team work makes the dream work).

 

And lastly, however most importantly it's my job to help educate you along the way about how to get and keep your result, so that one day you will BLOSSOM and be on your way.
